This policy covers cynthiakambobe.com and digital products sold through Kithms Enterprise. We collect only what we need to deliver your purchase and improve the site.
Who we are
Kithms Enterprise is a data systems and digital business company co-founded by Cynthia Muyunda-Kambobe, based in Zambia. We sell digital products and provide consulting services through cynthiakambobe.com.
What we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Purchase data — when you buy a product through Whop, they process your payment and share your email address with us so we can deliver your download link. We do not store your card details.
- Email address — used to send your download link and, if you opt in, occasional product updates.
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/city level) collected via Google Analytics.
- Marketing data — Facebook Pixel tracks visits and purchase events to measure ad performance.
- Enquiry data — your name, email address, organisation, enquiry type, and message when you choose to contact us.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchased product via a secure download link
- To respond to support requests
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To measure the performance of paid advertising campaigns
Third parties
- Whop — payment processing and product delivery. Their privacy policy applies to the checkout process.
- Google Analytics — website analytics. Data is anonymised and aggregated.
- Facebook / Meta — conversion tracking via Pixel. Meta's data policy applies.
- Resend — used to deliver enquiry notifications and other transactional emails. Information submitted through the enquiry form is processed by Resend for email delivery.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
Data retention
Purchase records (email, product, download history) are retained for up to 2 years for support and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

Digital products.
All products sold through cynthiakambobe.com are digital downloads. Because the file is delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed.
General policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have accessed your download link, the product has been delivered and no refund will be issued.
Exceptions
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
- You were charged but never received a download link and could not access the product
- The file you received is corrupted or cannot be opened
- You were charged twice for the same product
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase by emailing info@kithms.com with your order details.
How to request a refund
Email info@kithms.com with:
- The email address used at checkout
- The product name
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Whop. Refunds, where approved, are returned via the original payment method. Processing times vary by card issuer.
